James is a USCG Licensed Captain qualified by well over twenty five thousand hours of sea time who has filled management and operational roles throughout the yachting industry. He has an impeccable safety record and experiential understanding on the entire industry from new ship construction down to crew management, risk management, and operational oversight. James takes this experience and utilizes it to direct the maritime program at QCCC with the utmost professionalism based in service, client safety, and operational efficiency.

Jet Captain | Co-founder
Ben has experience in almost every aviation sector from owning an advanced flight training center to being an international medivac captain, corporate pilot, safety manager, operations director, and a military aviator. He knows how important cleanliness is to aviation operations and has a passion for ensuring the best quality for FBOs, owners, clientele, and charter guests. Using his vast experience in the industry, Ben directs the aviation program at QCCC with a safe, effective, and efficient approach that provides results and ensures safety.
