At QC we are driven by real results. We offer Treatment, Testing, and Staff Training to ensure your asset, home, or business is the healthiest environment it can be to protect everyone involved. We do not simply do an application of disinfectant and leave, we build a program for success that works with your operations to generate the best result. Weather it is your home, business, or asset, it is essential to provide confidence, piece-of-mind, and real results so that you can live and operate in the best way possible.
Treatment:
Our QC Treatments are tailored for you but always use quality equipment, scientifically formulated product, and highly -skilled personnel to generate the results you need. We ensure every product and process we bring into your space is lab and operationally tested by us to ensure it provides the desired results and will not damage your valued assets or furningings.

Equipment - QC works directly with the equipment manufacturers so that we can bring you the best service possible. Our units include Outdoor Sprayers, Indoor Foggers, and Electrostatic Foggers which allow us to have the ability to tailor the treatment to your needs.

Products - QC ONLY utilizes lab tested products that generate results. We have a variety of vetted products that we use depending on the application, the general categories include; hospital-grade disinfectant, anti-microbial bio-protectant, and genuine consumable micro-fiber products that we provide for upkeep in between treatments.

Personnel - Our personnel are highly trained through our program and come from backgrounds in HAZMAT, CBRNE, and for asset (Maritime or Aircraft) they receive specific training on protocols created by experts in those industries so that we can deliver the most impactful result while ensuring your asset is protected.
Testing:
Our testing services are built for everyone. You can use this as an independent service, coupled it with a treatment, or to verify your current cleaning & sanitation protocol. We will build a custom solution to validate your results. If course if this is part of a treatment by us it will be incorporated in that service at no cost to you. Here are the testing methods we utilize to ensure the work you desire is done properly:

Visual & Tactile - For quick assessments on general cleanliness our personnel are trained to look for common indicators that show likelihood of an issue which allows us to determine how to properly address it. This is done throughout any of our services to ensure the job is done in the most efficient and effective way possible.

ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) Testing and Monitoring - Our ATP method is a proven tactic commonly used in Food Service and Healthcare to ensure adequate levels of sanitation and sterilization. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to take instantaneous readings on site, record & analyze, and provide you with a contextual reading that will tell you exactly what you need to know.

Lab testing - Should your home, business, or asset require it under special circumstances, we have the ability to send out samples to our partner labs. These facilities located in NY and FL, are FDA compliant and can provide microbiology testing to get the scientific details needed by you to make decisions about your current and future protocol or address a specific issue that needs to be resolved. This is a rare occurrence, however, should it be necessary we are more than happy to help you get the results you deserve.
Staff Training:
Our mission is to have the most highly trained EVS (environmental services) workforce possible through our stringent hiring process and in-house training so that our clients get the best results. We employ veterans and workers that have a background of training in; sanitation, HAZMAT, CBRNE, remediation, and spill prevention as a baseline and have purpose built training to provide our services. In some instances, our clients desire a training protocol of their own to keep up their environmental health by way of their staff. In these cases, we will build a custom program to train and monitor their staff while having us provide the more complex services on a predetermined interval. We honestly love educating our clients on what we do and how they can improve their current methods by incorporating best practices from compliance heavy fields such as Food Service and Medical facilities. We will teach you to train, maintain, and validate your protocols and act as your partner to find the best method to keep your environment properly serviced.
