We prep for all scheduled services the day prior to best meet our demanding schedule. You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time with no penalty, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your service appointment 50% of your payment will be refunded.
We recommend that your asset or home is clean when we arrive to provide the disinfecting service for you. We will wipe down all high-touch areas to ensure that they are free from dirt and debris prior to the application of our disinfecting formula.
"fogging" or "spray application" is normally a technique used by exterminators or in an agricultural application. We have taken the innovations that have occured with the traditionally used equipment and have: developed and tested procedures for home use, utilized decades of cleaning experience and knowlege for proper disinfectant formulation and application, and paired that all with experienced individuals who have a robust background in the industries we serve.
At Quality Clear we use slightly different formulas tailored to the asset we are servicing and its frequency of use. The base agent utilized in our formula is Unicide 128 which has a pH of 4.1 - 5.5 depending on application. This is used for medical facilities and is a hospital grade cleaner. We utilize our formulations to ensure the cleaner applied matches the surfaces to protect your home and assets while ensuring it is disinfected.
